The Photographers' Gallery Archive

Starting an Archive - Over six weeks, this practical course explores what it means to archive material today – working with physical and/or digital material. Held online every Tuesday evening, 6.30 - 8pm UK time, from 23 September to 28 October. Book a place from 9th June, which is also International Archives Day!

Even though The Photographers' Gallery Archive does not have a photographic collection, our Archive is a free resource to dig into the rich and varied past of The Photographers’ Gallery and to support future learning about photography.

Material is regularly being digitised and catalogued, with new information, imagery and other material added to the collection on an ongoing basis.
